CUSTOMER REGISTRATION ON OUR WEBSITE:
All Visitors must register their billing and shipping information on our website even if the purchase is generated through a payment link or email or Text Message, this registration constitutes that the visitor declares himself as a "Possible Client" before the website.
PURCHASE CONSENT:
The "Possible Client" declares to know that the purchase process is made up of four steps 1 Registration / 2 Billing and Shipping Address / 3 Shipping Methods / 4 Final Summary and Payment, and that by accepting the Final summary and making the payment Authorizes to the Website through its Payment Gateway to debit the amounts corresponding to the acquisition of goods or services.

1 - Online payments (Credit or debit card, Bank Transfers, Cash payments in partner stores) through the Paypal, Payphone and Mercadopago payment gateway.
From our Virtual Store we do not capture, store, or transmit transactional data. We have Paypal, Payphone and Mercadopago services, which are certified payment platforms; that guarantees the security of transactions through encryption software, validation procedures and robust data protection measures at the bank level (PCI level 1 certification) for which payments on our website are 100% secure.

FACTURACIÓN:
La Factura de compra se generara de manera automática con los datos registrados en el momento de al hacer la compra, la cual podrá descargar en formato PDF en el resumen de pedidos y la cual servirá para garantías de los bienes o productos adquiridos.
POLÍTICAS DE CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES:
En cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales a continuación se describen los aspectos referentes ala política de cambios y devoluciones.
Cambios: Se podrán realizar cambios de referencias o por otros artículos antes de realizado el envió por parte la empresa de mensajería ,si requiere cambio de articulo o referencias después de recibido el producto deberá tramitarlo como una devolución o desistimiento de compra y tendrá que cubrir los gastos de transporte del articulo hasta el lugar de origen.
Devoluciones: Se podrán devolver artículos con defectos de fabrica sin gastos adicionales y artículos con color errado o referencia no especificadas en la compra ,para los artículos que se deseen devolver por desistimiento de compra deberán ser cubiertos todos los gastos por parte del comprador y deberá informar el mismo día de la recepción del mismo, teniendo un plazo no mayor a 2 días calendario para efectuar la entrega en la empresa de mensajería .
GARANTÍA: Para poder efectuar garantía de los bienes o servicios adquiridos deberá soportar la factura de compra y un documente donde presente el motivo de acreditación de la garantía ,los cuales deberán ser enviados por correo electrónico garantias@celulibre.com,en transcurso de 24 horas atenderemos su solicitud y nos pondremos en contacto para informar los datos de envío para recepcionar el producto si es aplicable.
Deberá tener en cuenta que no aplicamos garantías por manipulación inadecuada de artículos como los que referimos a continuación.
1- Exposición a golpes después de recibo el producto.
2- Exposición a líquidos o compuestos químicos.
3- Exposición a temperaturas altas o sobrecarga.
4- Reportes por no Registro de Seriales.
